Walter Villela, CPA

Founded our firm in 2008. A Certified Public Accountant licensed in the states of Florida and Georgia, received a Masters of Legal Studies with a concentration in International Tax from the Law School of Texas A&M, a Masters degree in U.S. Taxation from Nova Southeastern University in Fort Lauderdale, and Bachelor of Accounting from Florida International University in Miami.

Walter brings several years of experience in diverse tax, financial accounting, and business consulting. His reputation as a tax expert was gained through his ability to successfully guide organizations through their tax compliance activities. Walter brings strong experiences in all areas of taxation in both domestic and international jurisdictions, obtained through the rigors of large firm practice.

Walter’s experience includes working with clients whose business activities are in a variety of industries such as e-commerce, retail, technology, and real estate to name a few.
